Weplan supported the territories of Pavia, Varese and Sondrio to create a Strategic Development Plan in view of World Expo 2015. In particular, the team investigated opportunities relating to tourism and hospitality, including the creation of a program to accompany events during the Expo including promotional initiatives of local production and upskilling among participating countries.
